R’ Moshe Sofer zt”l (Chasam Sofer) would say:
"The pasuk says: 'לא איש דברים אנכי גם מתמול גם משלשם ... כי כבד פה וכבד לשון אנכי' - When Moshe hit the Egyptian and killed him, Rashi quotes the Medrash Tanchuma that he did it by saying the Name of Hashem. The question is asked: if Moshe had a speech impediment and could not talk clearly, how was he able to say the full Name of Hashem? The answer is that a speech impediment only affects certain letters - ז-ס-ש-ר-ץ - and the Name of Hashem doesn’t contain those letters.”
A Wise Man would say:
